Product Identification and Selection

If not we'll research products comparing by price and feature and provide an extensive assessment on quality and reliability and evaluate each manufacturer to make selecting the best products easy. We'll even handle all the negotiating and supplier contracts. In many cases we already have a working relationship with the manufacturer.

EMBARQ Labs Testing
Quality counts. Every product we offer must first pass rigorous testing at the state-of-the-art EMBARQ Labs. You'll know if your selected products meet or exceed industry standards and will perform under "real-world" requirements.

Inventory Management
We help forecast your inventory needs and bring it into inventory at no up front cost to you. We protect that inventory so you know it will be there when you need it.

Quality Assurance
We take quality seriously. Random testing is performed to validate published product specifications and functionality. This has helped many customers greatly reduce out of box failures and the customer service problems that come along with them.

Launch Preparation
We can coordinate training, provide product photos, Q & A sheets, contact sheet and escalation plan should repair or return be required.
